This notice explains how we handle personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for visitors of sync-pulse.digital.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website. No Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tools are embedded.
How inquiries are processed
When you submit the contact form, your browser sends a JSON payload via POST to https://sync-pulse.digital/api/inquiry, handled on the same domain. The handler stores the message in our business email/CRM workflow solely to reply and schedule consultations. We do not sell inquiry data.
Retention: inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer storage.
Cookies and local storage
Only the consent preference key described on /cookies/ is written to your browser. Rejecting cookies does not block site use.
International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Thailand. If you access the site from abroad, your ISP may route traffic internationally; we do not intentionally transfer inquiry data outside Thailand except where you request communication tools hosted elsewhere and you initiate that channel.
Your PDPA rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and object to certain processing. Contact info@sync-pulse.digital with sufficient detail for us to locate your inquiry. We respond within statutory timelines.
You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe processing violates the PDPA.
Security
We use TLS for the public site, limit access to inquiry inboxes, and train staff who handle financial planning intake on confidentiality.
Changes
We may update this policy when our processes change. The review date for this version is 7 October 2026.
